1929 Ford Model A Tudor "Rosie"

This car was built on May 11, 1929, it found a home with the McGhee family. So when the original owner (Mr. McGhee) passed away in 1969, this Tudor ended up being purchased by Mr. Kenneth Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman spent several years restoring this car he affectionately named "Rosie" in fact her name was written down on all of the receipts from 1973 all the way through the 2000's.

Mr. Hoffman had rebuilt the engine, repaired and painted the body (Ditzler Lacquer paint), the interior was a special order through Lebaron Bonney in the 1970's, every bolt, bracket, you name it and it was replaced or rebuilt over the years.

Somewhere in this time period the car was handed off to Mark Hoffman (I'm assuming a relative) and Mark took on the task of keeping Rosie running down the road.

In 2021 Mark Hoffman sold the car to another gentleman who took over getting her up to speed as well.

Recently, I was fortunate enough to purchase Rosie after a long search for just the right Model A.

I also put a few finishing touches into this pretty lady so I'm sharing this gallery of photo's below. I hope to keep her legacy moving forward and enjoying all the country roads we share together.
